Even if you’re happy with your current plan, it’s worth it to use ALEX to make sure you’re not paying too much for health insurance.

Save up to $100 in per month off your medical premiums!

If you participate in any company-provided medical plan, you will have the opportunity to lower your 2025 base monthly premium by up to $100 per month by completing the requirements for one or both of the following two discounts:

TOBACCO FREE

Non-tobacco users or those who have completed a tobacco cessation program within the last three months will receive a monthly $50 tobacco discount off their medical premium.

WELLNESS DISCOUNT

Earn a $50 monthly discount on your 2025 medical premiums by completing both the biometric screening (labs) and online health survey on the Deaconess Wellness portal by December 20, 2024.

This quick and simple screening can help assess your risk for heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Illnesses and health conditions like these can often be prevented with early detection, which is why knowing your numbers is so important.

If you currently receive the wellness incentives for the 2024 plan year, you will automatically receive the discount for 2025, and no further action is required. If you did not participate in the wellness incentives in 2024, you will have a new opportunity to participate for 2025.


Highlights for 2025

Medical coverage:

  • Current wellness discounts will move over to 2025.

  • Make sure to review the plan summaries for slight changes in plan designs.

  • New for 2025 - Mayo Clinic Complex Care Program. An enhanced health care benefit for complex, rare and undiagnosed conditions.

  • New for 2025 - MaxorPlus Pharmacy Discount Program - Get the best prices on your medications at participating pharmacies without additional cards or applications to manage.

HSA Accounts

  • IRS Limit increases for 2025

    • Single - $4,300

    • Coverage other than single - $8,550

  • Company annual contribution will continue to be $500 for single and $1,000 for all other levels of coverage. The contributions will be disbursed on a quarterly basis instead of bi-annual.

  • Additional $1,000 HSA Catch-Up Contribution available if you will be age 55 or older on or before 12/31/2025.

Other benefits:

  • Medical Flexible Spending Accounts - IRS maximum increased to $3,300 per year.

  • Medical FSA carryover to 2026: increased to $660 per year.

  • Commuter Benefits increased to $325 per month

ADP Mobile App
