GET THE RIGHT PLAN WITH ALEX

Save up to $100 in per month off your medical premiums!

If you participate in any company-provided medical plan, you will have the opportunity to lower your 2026 base monthly premium by up to $100 per month by completing the requirements for one or both of the following two discounts:

TOBACCO FREE

Non-tobacco users or those who have completed a tobacco cessation program within the last three months will receive a monthly $50 tobacco discount off their medical premium.

WELLNESS DISCOUNT

Earn a $50 monthly discount on your 2026 medical premiums by completing both the biometric screening (labs) and online health survey on the Deaconess Wellness portal by December 19, 2025.

This quick and simple screening can help assess your risk for heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Illnesses and health conditions like these can often be prevented with early detection, which is why knowing your numbers is so important.

If you currently receive the wellness incentives for the 2025 plan year, you will automatically receive the discount for 2026, and no further action is required. If you did not participate in the wellness incentives in 2025, you will have a new opportunity to participate for 2026.


Highlights for 2026

Medical coverage:

  • Medical plans remain unchanged with increases no greater than $8/month for most team members.

  • Current wellness discounts will move over to 2026.

  • New for 2026 - Carrum Health & Oshi: Expert care for surgery & digestive health—top providers, low/no cost, full support.

HSA Accounts

  • IRS Limit increases for 2026

    • Single - $4,400

    • Coverage other than single - $8,750

  • Company annual contribution will continue to be $500 for single and $1,000 for all other levels of coverage. The contributions will be disbursed on a quarterly basis in January, April, July and October.

  • Additional $1,000 HSA Catch-Up Contribution available if you will be age 55 or older on or before 12/31/2026.

Other benefits:

  • Medical Flexible Spending Accounts - IRS maximum increased to $3,400 per year.

  • Medical FSA carryover to 2027: increased to $680 per year.

  • Commuter Benefits increased to $340 per month
