As a Full-time or Part-time Level I team member, you are eligible to participate in several benefits offered by Old National.
Enrolling in Benefits
Health and Welfare Benefits
As a new team member, you will enroll in benefits with ADP. There are three ways to enroll; online through the MyONB Portal, using the mobile ADP app or by calling the ONB Benefit Solution Center. Upon submitting your benefit elections, you will receive an online confirmation number. You will also receive a link to your confirmation statement, indicating that your elections were successfully recorded. Unless you experience a family status change due to a qualified life event, your elections will remain in force until the end of the plan year. For questions regarding your benefits enrollment, please contact the Old National Benefits Solution Center at (800) 240-7155.
If you do not enroll in benefits within 31 days of your date of hire, you are effectively waiving your rights to participate in Old National's Health and Welfare plans for the remainder of the calendar year, unless you have a qualifying change in family status. Otherwise, your next opportunity to participate in these plans will be January 1 of the following calendar year. If you choose to enroll in any of these plans, your coverage is effective on your hire date with no waiting period for medical, dental, vision and supplemental coverages. Short Term and Long term disability is effective the first of the month following 6 months of employment.
ONB Employee Stock Ownership & Savings Plan - 401(K)
New hires are eligible to begin participation in the 401K the first of the month following one month of employment. You will receive an Old National Bancorp Employee Stock Ownership and Savings Plan (401(k)) enrollment email from the Empower which will include a link to the required Notices and steps needed to enroll. You will automatically be enrolled in the 401(k) plan unless you change or decline participation. The automatic deferral is 5% and will be invested into the appropriate Principal Investors LifeTime Fund. Please follow the instructions included in the email to complete your 401(k) enrollment or log onto myonbretirement.com to make your elections. The contract number for Old National is 150577-01.
