Deaconess Clinic at Work Services

Deaconess currently operates clinic locations in the Evansville and surrounding area with virtual care being available throughout our footprint.

Deaconess at Work provide team members and dependents (over the age of 2) who participate under an Old National medical plan access to convenient comprehensive primary and acute healthcare and wellness services delivered by experienced physicians and nurse practitioners.

Deaconess provided services include:

• Primary/Acute Healthcare – Illnesses, condition management (asthma, diabetes, etc.), lab/blood work, allergies, and other medical needs for which you’d normally consult a doctor or medical clinic

• Preventive Care - Physicals, flu shots, health coaching, health risk assessments

• Pharmaceuticals – Generic prescription medications dispensed on site

Provided services are:

• Affordable: Services are free of charge for PPO medical plan participants. Due to IRS rules, High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) participants will incur a small cost per visit ($20/visit and $5/filled prescription) for non-preventative services until plan deductibles are met.

• Convenient: More time with the doctor and less time waiting

Deaconess Clinic at Work locations are open five days a week (hours as early as 7am and as late as 6pm) to meet you and your dependents health and wellness related needs. Deaconess LIVE (Virtual Care) is available everyday from 8am-8pm.
